Do I need to create an account?

How do I restore my Premium purchase?
Open the app → Settings → tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I reset my progress?
Go to Settings → Reset All Progress. ⚠️ This action cannot be undone.
The app shows 0% progress even though I studied. Why?
With 491 vocabulary words, completing a few items displays as less than 1% which rounds to 0%. The progress bar and "In Progress" status update correctly. Return to the Home screen after studying to refresh your stats.
Can I change the app language?
Yes. Go to Settings → Language and switch between English and French instantly.
Does the app guarantee I'll pass the OQLF exam?
No. NursePrepQc is a study aid tool designed to complement your preparation. It does not guarantee success on any official exam. Always refer to official OQLF resources.
What iOS version is required?
